Really helped my disabled bird
I got this for my disabled cockatiel. He broke his wing at his shoulder about a year and a half ago and has dealt with chronic pain since. Like most birds, he shows very little of feeling off but he was definitely much less playful, sullen, slept too much, and was more plaintive. The pain meds the vet gave us had to be administered by mouth which was very traumatic for him, and they made him too drowsy.So I figured I donât have any young parrots (everyone is over 5,) and they all might do better with a joint and mobility, and I liked that I could put this in the birdsâ water.Worked better than the prescription pain killer for my disabled bird. Heâs absolutely more active and playful. And my other birds seem more alert and playful as well. I put it in every birdâs water and itâs like I have brand new young birds again.I couldnât recommend it more.
