Good size for two cockatiels
Previously I bought the medium size box. But I have a bonded pair of cockatiels and they both just squeezed into the medium box. Then I bought the large box which is perfect for two birds. The medium box is fine for a single cockatiel but not for two birds. It installed easily onto the side of my Yaheetech 41.5″ long cage. My birds love it, as they spend long periods of time in the box. The nesting box is made from nontoxic wood and cockatiels are gnawing birds, so I keep an eye on their chewing progress with the hinged top on the box.

Breeding box
It is as described as stated , I feel itâs well structured, I got it for my Quakers but I feel the opening is to small for a Quakers other than that it is a great breeding box.

This was super easy to install onto the cage, my only suggestion is to give them longer bolts, it was a bit difficult to get the wing nut attached.

Extra large Nesting box
Happy with my purchase, got this nesting box for my cockatiel and I will say It was a lot bigger then I expected after reading reviews I decided to get the Xl to be on the safe side I could of gotten the large but the extra space is fine. Quality is good received it fairly quickly and in perfect condition. It was a good buy hopefully my birds like it first day and they are being curious ð

Good build quality, but the dowel is much too large to fit in the hole on box. Also the Extra Large box is much too small for Cocktail birds, for this reason I would not recommend.

Worked perfectly!
We had a cockatiel laying eggs in the food dish. One hatched and it was then an emergency to get some kind of nesting box. This box came fast, and I was able to transfer the baby (which fell out once already) to it, along with the other 3 eggs. All four babies came out of the bird box when they were ready. We also purchased some bedding from Amazon that did come in handy.This nesting box did come with a small bird feeder that somehow got clogged fairly quick. The peg on the front was too big for the hole, so we didn’t end up using it. Instead, we just put one of the wooden resting bars in front of the hole which worked very well. For the price, I would definitely buy one of these again if needed.

My sugar gliders love it!
My sugar gliders love this house! It is the perfect size and fits very well on the side of their cage. All in all I have no complaints I will reorder once they use this one to the point of replacing it.

Built poorly, incomplete holes for mounting screws
The box came damaged first off, as far as the product itself it is very cheaply constructed, birds have already started pecking through it. The holes we not drilled through completely had to finish it myself. For that reason it was difficult to mount, screws not long enough barely secured to cage, there is glue exposed on the inside which Iâm sure isnât good for the birds should they peck at and swallow it. The wood is soft, I donât think it will last long. I did not realize the holes were not fully drilled through so when I went to mount this nesting box I struggled, causing the screw to become lodged and while trying to free it one of my birds got out, luckily bird is alright. Not what I expected it would be. If anything it will be a chew toy for them at least I placed bedding inside if I see them going for the glue it will need to be removed.Next time I will pay more for hopefully better quality, build and durability. This is my first time ever purchasing a nesting box. This canât be how itâs suppose to be.
