Always keep a mineral block on hand!
My parakeets love chewing on these mineral blocks. Itâs great to keep them engaged and occupied. My only complaint is that the last portion usually falls off the zip tie to the bottom of the cage before they can finish chewing it, so I have to discard that part. Also, be aware that it does require cleaning up quite a bit of âdustâ but itâs worth the fun!

Great treat for parakeets!
I’m so glad there are multiple options for these mineral blocks! My ‘keets are especially picky, and would not have liked the fruit or veggie blocks, so seeds was a great choice for me. They arrived in good condition, and my parakeets started using it within a few hours. I’m happy with the price as well

My birds aren’t pecking at it yet and its been a month or more so not sure why. However they have waited before with other items and then tore it up. So I’m hopeful they might like, but so far they are not interested in these blocks
