Bird Cage Skirt

Exactly what I was looking for
I got this to keep my sassy and curious senegal on his cage. He has a problem was climbing down the side of his cage and then getting into trouble on the floor. I had been trying to find something that can block his path, since he does not fly, and he generally won’t go past awkward angles. My other parrot has this built in on his cage, but I couldn’t find anything until this that is an aftermarket addition. This is perfect and really does the job! Now the small little tabs that hold it on the cage may not last once he discovers them, since he’s generally pretty destructive with things like that, but I would consider zip ties or something along those lines if needed in order to keep this up. I don’t know if it keeps food and seed off the floors, generally these things are kind of pointless in that regard, so I gave up on that years ago, and if you have a bird, and you understand how they work, you just know you just need to clean more often!

It works
This thing actually works. We had seeds all over the kitchen from this little canary. Now we are able to bring him into the living room. The downside is that it is hard to put together and get it into place, it will pop up if you are not careful. Is it worth it I would say yes if your up to the challenge. Four stars for Difficulty

Not what I thought…
I wanted something to contain the bird seed mess that my daughter’s two budgies are constantly making. This may be good for a different bird cage, but it didn’t fit ours – I liked the concept though. If it had fit and assembled easily I would have much preferred this style over the netting skirt we have now. I am new to bird ownership…so my learning curve may be the problem.

No mess
I like this product because it keeps all the birds mess inside and it makes my cage look pretty, and my husband put it together in minutes easy to assemble!
