Great quality layer pellets
I have no problem with the food and quality. My hens seems to prefer not having pellets but the quality was great.

Can’t beat it.
The chickens love it, we get consistent high-quality egg production even in winter, and it’s one of the best value options out there. Highly recommend!

Hen Favorite
My girls have been eating a great, quality feed for years, but I noticed lately they donât seem as into it. I figured they were getting tired of the same thing every day, like many animals, so took a chance on this feed and I am constantly refilling the feeder. They absolutely love it! The eggs are still fabulous. Iâm not crazy about the price, but I am crazy about my girls, so I am investing in the big bag. I highly recommend.

Great value and hens like it
I wasnât sure if they would take to the pellets because I also feed whole grains but they eat it all every day and seem happy with it. The price is one of the lowest (chicken feed is expensive!) but it still provides the proper nutrition and the hens are happy and healthy and laying every day.

Started laying again
Our chickens had stopped laying this past winter for 2 weeks. Decided to change their food to this. Within 2 days of starting they started laying again. They absolutely loved eating this.

Update from1 star to 4 stars.
UPDATE: After learning that water needs to be added to this feed, now my chickens love it. I am not too proud to admit I was at fault.UPDATE: After trying to wean my hens to feed on this pellets, they just do not want to eat it no matter how I introduced it to them. I still have the whole bag, and they do not want to eat it. What a waste of money. And I thought to myself, good quality, means you get what you pay for, in this case, I paid a little bit more than I could buy locally. And since many stores are closed, I had to drive like 2 hours to pick one up, so I ordered online and paid a little more, like $10 more. So I opened it when I got it and grabs a scoop to give to my ladies, and they really picked at and picked at, and found out that they needed to get used to this food, so I mixed it with the current food they have which I paid $12/bag, and they ate most of it but still a lot of left overs that they seems to not used to to. The crumbles are very good size, perfect for grubbing, my chickens are still picky at the moment. Hope they eat more cause I don’t want to be stuck with a full bag and the chickens don’t want it.
