Good size for conures and smaller birds to bathe, or of course a food/ water dish
We got this for our conures and other smaller parrots to bathe in. Size is good, and the metal covers on the edges will keep them from chewing that into oblivion. Will see if they bathe in there once they get used to the new thing.

Perfect as either an extra water bowl or a bird bath for smaller birds
I have 2 parakeets that live in a large cage that is designed for a parrot, because I wanted to give them plenty of room. The cage came with a food bowl and a water bowl, which I thought would be enough for them. But I discovered that they like to use their water bowl to take a bath in. So I ordered this new bowl to give them a second water bowl. That way they can use one as a bath and the other for drinking water. It was very easy to install in their cage, and it seems sturdy. They used it soon after I installed it, so it’s working out well so far. I like this bowl so much I might buy another one for them.

Looks Nice
This is a nice bird waterer. It looks well made and durable. There are little metal pieces around the edges and these are covered with a white plastic. It’s hard to peel off in some places, but that’s usually true for other items that I’ve had to peel it off of, too. I’m happy with it, though.

Bathtime
I suppose this is self-evident to most folks, but the knob loosens and comes off, then you thread the stem through the bars of a birdcage, then you rethread the knob and tighten it to secure the bath. The color in my pictures are a little “off”. It looks like the pictures in the listing. I do like that the photos show the shape of the interior of the bath. It appears designed to allow both bathing (our conure likes to splash around) and – less likely – drinking. The edges have reinforcement for perching. Well-designed.

Too Deep For Small Birds
This plastic dish is way too deep for small birds like budgies and finches who might fall in while trying to drink or eat.It also arrived damaged, possibly used, with scratches or beak marks all over the edges. We ended up returning this feeder.

Cheap
Very cheap plastic. The connector to the cage broke immediately. I didnât even get to put it on the container. Itâs self holds water. Itâs a large box but is too heavy for the actual connection to the cage. Itâs not worth buying.
