Favorite cage I’ve had
I’ve bought 2 of the cages and love them. The instructions are lacking, but based off other reviews it was easy enough to put together and I love the rotating feed doors and the size. If they ever come back into stock I 100% plan to purchase another one. They’re great for small-mrdoum sized birds like parakeets, conures, and small poicephalus. Visually they’re very sleek, easy to clean and maintain and do daily chores around, I haven’t had any issues with the wheels but I don’t need to move my cages often. They’re just neat

Look elsewhere if you want something you and your birds will be happy with
As several have mentioned the instructions are terrible. We did receive this cage in a timely manner and were excited to put it together. Here is the list of issues we encountered and why I would discourage others from purchasing.* Dent in one of the side panels* Four screws missing from the side food feeders* Screws on the rotating feeder door stick out over the food bowls far enough to be concerned about my birds eating from them.* One of the frame screw wholes was stripped out* One of the rotating doors hits when swinging out* the back frame upper wasnât flush with the rest of the frame when put togetherThis was too many issues for me to try and resolve with the vendor. I immediately knew I didnât want this quality for my birds and would need to get a higher quality cage. The vendor wanted pictures of each claim, but we had already packaged the unit back up and were ready to return. They didnât want to cover return shipping for the damaged product. Since we are in Ohio and the package comes from California it was a pricey return shipping fee. After several communications back and forth Amazon to the rescue and not this vendor. I would not recommend this cage or company. The cage size and concept is great, but spend the extra $$ if you want something you and your birds will be happy with.

Nice size cage for small to medium sized birds, but…
We bought this cage in June 2019, so we’ve been using it for 16 months. The cage is generally sturdy and easy to clean, but if you’re planning on regularly moving the cage around then be warned that the wheels are designed poorly. We move the cage from indoors to outdoors depending on the weather and the wheels are starting to break off one by one. It seems the weight of the cage is not well-supported by the small wheels. And they break off at the shaft so you can’t replace the wheel with something sturdier because the screw shaft is broken off inside the cage leg. Currently, we are using furniture dollies to move the cage around. We contacted the supplier regarding the broken wheels and they were unhelpful They told us we could buy replacement wheels but offered no solution as to how to extract the shaft of the broken wheel from the leg of the cage in order to replace it.

Great purchase!
It was a little hard to assemble but I did it on my own. It was a great purchase and would definitely buy again for sure. It comes apart and easy to clean and very roomy. My birds are conures (2) on the top and Cockateils (3) on the bottom and they have plenty of room. They love this cage.

Great cage once you figure it out. (Hints on how to build included)
The cage arrived in 2 boxes. As another reviewer said, the instructions are horrible and missing most of the small parts in the list. I had to keep referring to the stock photos on Amazon as I was building it to get an idea of what goes where. It took about 3 hours to build, could have taken less if the instructions were better. Which is why i am giving this cage 4 stars.I purchased it for my African Grey Timneh and my cockatiel. I decided to leave the side feeding dishes off because there are already 3 dishes on the front. I dont believe 5 dishes are necessary. There is plenty of room for perches and toys. The only con i have about the cage is the wire could be a bit stronger. Heavier perches will sag a bit especially with the bird on it.Hint:1.The longer screws are for the front dish door assembly together with nuts and washers.2. The phillips head screws are for the arrow latches thay go on the side and front doors.3. The thickest short screws, washers and nuts go with the silver parts that look like part of a dead bolt on the front dish door. They go in the middle to make the dish door swivel.4. The Thinner short screws are for the side door dishes.5. The latch for the front feeding doors go facing the middle of the cage. Unlike the first pic in the stock photo. More like the 2nd pic.6. WARNING: If you have thicker fingers you will have issues attaching the screws that hold the first and second levels together on the side. they left a small notch in order to screw it with the key but not enough finger room to help you screw it in.7. The medium scews hold the sides together.I have included photos with numbers that correspond to the numbers in my review and a pic of the cage in front of my crittee nation for size comparison.Hope this was helpful!

DO NOT BUY. TERRIBLE. Expensive to ship back if returning.
Horrible all the way around. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Arrived damaged, warped and paint chipped off so will rust quickly. Paint job is extremely poor. We put it together and because of the damage it was warped so didnât all fit perfectly. The triple feeding dish set up is a pain to open. The doors catch on the bottom latch. Have to push up and then make sure the latch for the triple dish thing is sitting perfectly otherwise you canât open the door. I try to return it and I have to pay to ship it back. Which costs a small fortune. I shouldnât have to pay to return something that arrived damaged. Terrible service. Look for another cage this is crap. I completely regret getting this thing.

Its OK.
Easy to clean, though it started to rust very fast. The wheels are way too small for the cage and cant take its own weight, already had 3 of the 4 wheels buckle under and had to order 4 more. The design is nice, just not built with hood enough material or wheels.

Perfect!
Great cage! Some actual instructions with words would be great though… it’s pretty easy to figure out which piece goes where, what’s most confusing is which size screw goes where.
