Waldo loves this food!
My 41 year old Yellow-Naped Amazon parrot, Waldo, will eat only this foodâ¦.and he likes to eat some of my cereal right in the bowl every morning. He is healthy, beautiful, and loves to speak and sing and even argue with me that âI am a good boyâ, even when he has been getting into trouble. He loves cuddles and petting and scritches to his head.

My African grey loves this
My African grey (19 yo) can be picky. She gets a small scoop of this 2x/day along with her other food. The ingredients seem to be healthy seeds found in the wild. There are no sunflower seeds. We’ve had her about 7 years as she came from a rescue who had her on this diet.This particular vendor/item sells the 2 pack which is convenient and cost effective per pound. I’ve ordered from them atleast a dozen times without any problems.

I’ve been buying Higgins safflower gold parrot food since my afarican grey could eat solids from a baby. Recommended by breeder.While I’ve tried other brands, He lets me know immediately that it just wont make the cut.Sunflowers need to limited. Mecko has never had them.Higgins has stayed pretty consistent throughout many many years.He is a very healthy 23 years old. A trusted buy in my opinion.
