Bird bath
We have a conure and it takes baths in his water dish. It makes a HUGE mess everywhere. I bought this for him and I keep putting it on the cage and my wife removes it. She says the water in it would be cold for him. I happen to know that his drinking water is room temperature as well and he has no problem flinging that water everywhere but this way it’s at least contained. I’m hoping one day it clicks and she leaves it in place. The bird seems to like the deeper water and that it doesn’t disappear so fast.

NICE Addition to my Birdcage
I have a finch. My cage is pretty small and I wanted to use it as a birdbath. My finch is pretty timid so I added a mirror with double-sided tape to the back inside of this, which worked perfectly in luring him into the new space. The birdbath was enjoyable for the bird, however extremely messy as they donât seem to realize they are going to the bathroom in it as well. Needless to say I was tired of cleaning it out every day with nasty water, so instead I keep it dry and put millet in it for him. He loves it just the same and itâs like his own little sunroom with a mirror and millet treats. Seems pretty good quality so far. Slides onto the side of my cage pretty easily and I am comfortable that it will not come off with him bouncing around in it. Good buy. good product.

Cage bird bath won’t fit most cages.
Mine arrived in a thin bag without protection. Three screws were pulled out during the shipping.Threads in the plastic was stripped and wouldn’t hold the screws.Bath box didn’t fit my cage. Suspension hooks spacing was wrong and their location was too low.I bought a couple of small “L” brackets that would fit between the bars and attached them with screws to the top of the bath box. Now it works in my cage perfectly. Easy to remove and install now.My large flight cage has 2 spring loaded doors on each side panel.Prevue Pet Products Wrought Iron Flight Cage sold by Amazon. I have two and they are OK.

Ok but not perfect
This doesnât fit well between my cage wires. The outer dimensions of the plastic hangars make me force the cage wires apart. Also, it is not easy to remove the bath house for regular cleaning. It is a quality plastic, nice and clear. The assembled unit is great, except for the fit issue above. Water stains are quickly visible, but this is understandable.

Sizeing is off
It doesn’t exactly fit my cage which is a pretty standard size I had to bend the wires a bit and the hooks at the top are just a bit to wide to so it’s not the easiest thing to get on and off but I made it work! However do not put the wicker balls in water! It’s not the greatest but it works as intended

Zebra finches favorite thing
I bought this to use as a bathing area for my zebra finches. I wanted something they could bathe in and would contain the water they splashed around. It is absolutely their favorite thing. I have it mounted through a door on the front of their cage so the box hangs outside the cage. The perch on the front of the box is slightly wider than the opening in my cage so it takes a little maneuvering to get in there, but it works. I placed some decorative rocks inside and fill with water up to the top of the rocks. They wouldn’t go in it till I added the rocks. I think it was hard for them to tell how deep the water was and felt too unnatural. They use it so much that I have to clean it daily, which is no big deal. I just rinse it and the rocks out in the sink and refill with good bottled water.

Mount is not for small cages
The plexiglass hooks that attach to the cage are too thick for smaller cages which causes you to have to use the bolt and wing nut to secure it which makes for difficult cleaning because you canât clean it without taking it all apart.I had to remove all screws to the lid in order to mount it. Nowâll I have to do the same to clean it.
