Excellent Fun!
My birdies love it! They almost immediately started investigating it, swing on it, & hanging on it. It brightly colores & ready to hang when you get them. Very cute & great for the price. Works awesome for small birds.

Decent toys, but beware of the recommendations made in the product listing, AND CHANGE THE CLIP!!!
Before giving this to any bird, change the provided clip out for something safer, like a quick link. The included clips are notorious for getting flipped upside down, and birds getting them hooked under their beaks. This danger has been well-known for decades, and I’m shocked that manufacturers are still using them to save a couple cents. The wire on which the toy is constructed is also dangerous for anything larger than a cockatiel, and it can be bent easily and cause a cutting/stabbing hazard.Otherwise, this a decently made toy which seems to be made with safe dyes (there is no glossy appearance to the coloring), and the rope seems to be 100% cotton (as opposed to some of the cotton/polyester blends I have seen which can be dangerous to your bird’s health). The point of the chew toy is for your bird to chew it. They will get destroyed over time. But these are designed in such a way that even after your bird chews off one of the dangling parts, the others will not immediately fall apart. Your companion will get the joy of chewing off several parts of the toy and watching them crash to the bottom of the cage, which is a good thing. The description for the toy suggests that it can be used for macaws. This is insane. A macaw will tear this apart with a single bite. It also suggests that is is good for amazons and greys. While these species tend to be less destructive with their toys, they are very active and inquisitive, and often get themselves in goofy situations (if you have amazons or greys, you know their propensity for finding a dangerous situation even when you thought everything was safe). I would not recommend giving a toy with this kind of rope to a larger bird, as there is risk of them becoming caught in it, and their body weight can further complicated any entrapment which takes place. For conures, senegals, quakers, lories, and other similar-sized small parrots, these should be an excellent toy which will provide hours of entertainment. Just make sure to inspect the toy frequently and cut off any loops which form in the rope, so that there is no risk of entrapment. I think the toy might be a little large for cockatiels and parakeets, but this is entirely dependent upon how brave your specific bird is.As a quick point of clarification, since it is not made obvious in the listing, these toys are sold in a quantity of two. The picture shows two, but at no point in the listing does it explicitly state that you will receive two. For the price at the time of review ($13.99), it’s not bad for two (but would be very overpriced for just one).

More suitable to smaller birds rather than medium.
I have Goffin Cockatoos. As far as the ‘toos go, they’re on the smaller side. So, they’re barely in the “medium birds” category, yet they can detach these quite easily and shred them very quickly. Ideal for birds that don’t obliterate toys or are on the smaller side, like cockatiels. I’m not sure of the price, however, at the current $13.99 price. Perhaps it’s just inflation, but it seems like a bit much.
