African Grey approved!
We got this for our African Grey parrot and he love to play with it. It is a safe toy that he has been very active with. He immediately began climbing on it, so it clearly has an appealing look to it and is very functional. The top piece and rope are thick enough that he has not chewed through them immediately, but he is trying! He loves to climb up it, swing around on it and even go upside down on it!

I like the colors of this toy and it makes my bird very happy. It lights up his cage and he plays with it all day. I recommend this for anyone with a big noisy bird

It keeps my birds busy.
I have two Eleonora cockatoos. They are the medium-sized sulphur-crested cockatoos. They love these wood toys. One of my birds can play with this toy a month before it is mostly gone. My other bird can play with it about two months before it is gone. I don’t like spending all this money for a wood toy that will be gone in a month or so, but it keeps them busy. It helps keep them from getting bored and plucking their feathers. I’ve been buying these for them for two years.Quality materials are used for the toy. So even though they are more expensive than I want to pay, the materials are worth it. Some of the leftover materials can be salvaged to make a toy. It’s not as good as the new toy but it helps stretch the money spent. My birds especially like the round beads. Those are the first to go.All-in-all, I feel this is worth the money spent.

Items already larger in photos Not horrible.
I should of read my previous review before buying this again, thought I wastrying s new brand. Their description and photographs are borderline fraud. They show this toy larger than a hyacinth macaw, which is a large macaw. The toy is not that big. Not totally disappointed ok value for the money. Your gonna buy this cause you think you’re getting an 80$ toy for 25$, only to find out you got a 40$ toy for a smaller bird than expected.It’s a toy for a smaller bird maybe? My birds destroyed this toy quickly. It didn’t take much as it seemed to just fall apart on its own as well. The ropes are the weak points. For the cost it was a decent sacrifice to the bird gods. I’ve seen them destroy $75 toys in a weekend. But that is what they do and that is what the toys are for. Just wish they showed some common item behind the toy to give a better reference for the size. It is not very large at all. Not sure if I would purchase again, but I wasn’t totally disappointed. Inexpensive distraction for the birds. I have 2 yellow Nape amazons. I would not get this for anything larger than them, it would be too small.

I’ve got three bird’s that go for this on and off seems to hold up under being chewed pulled and some what destroyed ..Still have some left great for the money no chemical smell bird’s enjoy

Poor hanger
My bird loves this. However, for the price I was disappointed. It does not have a good hanger. My Cockatoo had the toy on the bottom of the cage in 5 minutes, chewed the twister cloth support into. I did rehang with a wire and itâs fine now.
