Great cage for small birds.
Great cage for small birds. Value for your money. Arrived on time via FedEx ~ 2 boxes, required a signature. Undamaged, all pieces intact. Assembly directions are awful. Two person Assembly.. went together just fine, just took some extra thought since the directions are terrible. Would recommend. Paint is a little thin but no big deal. Fun new home for the canaries and finches. I think an extra door would be handy but overall it works fine.

Great cage
Bought this cage for my pair of CAG. It works great in the corner and they seem to be happy in it. Definitely would not recommend for a bird that is determined to get out as it probably could popthe welds and get out. The assembly directions were not much help as it was just drawings and no written directions. So you pretty much have to wing it.

JUNK!!
I bought 2 of these, one for my African Grey and the other for my Severe Macaw. The bar spacing is great, but very flimsy! The 2 cages came with many issues. Some of the bars were bent, each of the top door pieces were different when comparing the cages. One only opened the door part way. The anchor locks (as they call them) do not work well. ALL the screws on the unit are barely long enough to hold everything together. Several times my birds got out through the food doors on their own. On top of all of that, the locks on the front of the cage are very wobbly and not secure. I had to add a chain to prevent them from opening the door. The worst that I have to deal with on a daily basis though is the trays!! They do not go in and out smoothly, the center section that divides the 2 bottom trays is impossible to clean and is gross. The angle of the one smaller tray makes it near impossible to paper. Do not buy this unless you want to put up with all of this!

Way too many complications!
I bought this cage because I thought itâd be a good spend. I was wrong. The lock for the cage door was missing a screw, there was a hole that wasnât properly cut and I ended up having to break off a piece to put the cage together. The instructions were entirely useless and highly confusing. The top grate is slightly too small for the cage walls to the point where Iâve had to neglect putting in certain screws just so it can be on properly. I havenât finished assembling it at this moment and Iâm struggling with assembling because of the useless instructions. As I was assembling the cage I was stabbed by a small metal piece that was poking out next to one of the screw holes. I wasted my money on something that wasnât worth the price. I desperately needed to get my parakeet a larger cage, and was hoping that Iâd not struggle as much as I have been.

(Update: does not hold up.)
Update: November 2020. The powder coating where the grates slide in and out is coming off pretty bad from cleaning with poop off bird cage cleaner. Also the bottoms of the grates themselves are turning black. My bird cannot get to this, however I am looking for a replacement cage. A bar has also been popped loose from a perch that was attached to it. It wasn’t a heavy perch but the bars could not hold up to it they are pretty flimsy. I have a bird mirror covering the broken bar so my bird cannot get around it. I guess for the price, you will get a little over a year out of it. It just didn’t hold up long enough for me.I got this cage for my Caique parrot. The size is great. The issues I had was having the correct hardware for the bowls screws are too small with no nuts to secure them. The 4 food doors and the top door would not stay closed with the provided clasp, easy exit for a bird to escape. I have fixed all of those issues by putting spring locks on the food doors and top door, and new stainless steel screws for the bowl mounts. Also be prepared to bend the sheet metal slightly to fit on the seed skirt. If those things were already done when I purchased the cage it would have gotten 5 stars because doing those things to it made it a perfect large cage for my bird. You cannot find a large cage with appropriate bar spacing cheap. This would be ideal for the price if you can modify it and make it safe for your bird like I did. If you can’t modify it do not buy it. It will not work for medium birds and some smaller birds like it is. It is definitely not for large parrots they could bite thru the wires easily. Small to medium size birds ONLY if you modify the cage. I didn’t have trouble putting it together but the directions are useless as others have said. I just sit everything out in the floor and started with the bottom putting wheels on first and worked my way up.

Not very strong
This is a decent cage for the price. It is not very strong at all though so it is not usable for larger birds or destructive small birds. The bars are easily bent and actually arrived with many of them bent. I was able to push them back into place decently but it loosened up some of the welds while doing it.The instructions are completely useless. I have put enough cages together that it wasn’t much of an issue for me though. You need to be careful with the powder coating finish. There were a few places where it wasn’t apllied very well and there were sharp edges that I had to try to file down to make it safe.If you decide to buy this just be aware that the quality isn’t the best and that any bird who is slightly strong or large will rip this thing apart.
