SO HARD A HAMMER COULDN’T BREAK THEM …
These were so hard that my darling birds couldn’t eat them. So, I put them in a plastic bag and tried to break them up with a hammer! They did not break even using my hammer. How on earth were my birds supposed to eat them. To top that off, I was told that I could not return them or get a refund. Even with the Amazon advertisement said that I could return them and get a refund. I don’t have money to throw away like that! I have a very finicky African gray so he ate it, but I canât say that it was his favorite. I think it was good quality and it was fresh. I just think my bird is very picky.

Nako my African gray is very difficult to find treats even toys for her so I was surprised when she took to this item so much so that she actually asks for them.She doesn’t actually say it but she lets me know what she wants when she’s looking at something or walks to it and shows me.I don’t know what it is but I’m glad that it is what it is because she loves it.It is a red colored pelleted type food that is an apple flavored formulated diet for medium too large birds. The packaging is as it should be I did not see any signs of the product not being fresh. Is a good value and the quality is there. It is a formulated diet and not just a treat.
